A Lecture You Don't Want to Miss: Face to Face with Professor Yi Zhong-Tian and Professor Zhao Shi-Min

In the year of 2006, a "Yi Zhong-Tian Phenomenon" has triggered heated disputes over whether an interesting approach to history is good.

Yi Zhong-Tian was born in 1947 and graduated from Wuhan University in 1981. He is a professor at Xiamen University now. Last year, he rose to great fame after he started to give lectures on the TV programme "Baijia Jiangtan" (translated as "Lecture Room") on CCTV Channels. His simple and interesting approach to history has attracted some tens of millions of viewers to CCTV, the largest media group in China.

Professor Zhao Shi-Min has been studying Chinese characters and classic Chinese philosophy for many years. His lecture about Chinese characters on "Baijia Jiangtan" (translated as "Lecture Room") on CCTV was very well received.

China Overseas Exchange Association, along with Nanhai Arts Center, will be hosting a high quality seminar which provides the audience with a lecture presented by Professor Yi and Professor Zhao.
